987JL Terms and Conditions –
Your Complete Member Agreement

Welcome to 987JL. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you — the registered member — and 987JL ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the 987JL website, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 987JL, including but not limited to: online slots, live casino games, sports betting (NBA, MMA, volleyball, and other available leagues), the VIP Club loyalty program, promotional bonuses, and all deposit and withdrawal services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the 987JL platform. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an active account at 987JL, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine law governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list operated by 987JL or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 987JL or its affiliated partners.

987JL reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to register one account only at 987JL. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any additional information required during the verification process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 987JL will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or email. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 987JL immediately via our customer support channels. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but we cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the suspected breach.

• Account names cannot be changed after registration without formal identity verification.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded to another person.
• Closing an account does not automatically process pending withdrawal requests — these are handled separately per our withdrawal policy.

All financial transactions at 987JL are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Minimum deposit at 987JL is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 987JL wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 987JL does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered GCash or payment account in under five minutes for verified members. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Verification: 987JL reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Members who have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays. We recommend completing verification early to ensure smooth and fast payouts.

• Deposits made via bonus credit are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Attempts to withdraw funds obtained through bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent play will be refused and the account investigated.
• 987JL reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals as required under applicable Philippine regulations.
• If a deposit cannot be matched to a valid game transaction, 987JL may reverse the deposit to the original payment method.

987JL offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP Club rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general conditions outlined here.

Wagering Requirements: Most deposit match bonuses and free credit offers at 987JL carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Standard wagering requirements at 987JL range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all 987JL promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per member, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 987JL reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain excluded games may not count toward wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion terms for excluded games lists.
• Any attempt to exploit a bonus — including but not limited to staking patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• 987JL's decision on bonus disputes is final and binding.

All games and betting markets available at 987JL are subject to specific game rules provided within the platform. These Terms establish the general framework; individual game rules govern specific bet types, outcomes, and payout calculations.

Sports Betting: All sports bets at 987JL are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority. In cases where a result is disputed or a game is abandoned, 987JL will follow the applicable sporting body's official determination. Bets placed on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event takes place within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time.

Live Casino: Live casino game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by certified live dealers in licensed studios. All live casino sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 987JL will settle the bet based on available session data. If the game outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the game provider and are available on request. 987JL does not modify RTP settings beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the platform.
• 987JL reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.
• Bets placed after the official result of an event are invalid and will be voided regardless of the odds displayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 987JL platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Underage use: Registering or playing while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to minors.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any platform restriction.
• Bonus abuse: Using any strategy designed to exploit bonus structures, including low-risk staking patterns during wagering requirements, use of bots, or coordinated play.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets or sharing information with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering: Using the 987JL platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds. 987JL complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, filing fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Hacking or tampering: Any attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the 987JL platform, its servers, or its game systems.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.

987JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at our sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed by the member against a legitimate 987JL transaction.
• Self-exclusion request by the member under the responsible gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent Philippine authority.

In cases of suspension due to investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 987JL may forfeit the balance and/or report the conduct to relevant authorities.

Members may voluntarily close their 987JL account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the member's registered payment method after standard identity verification.

All content on the 987JL platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 987JL or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 987JL platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent from 987JL.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 987JL software or game system.
• Use 987JL branding, logos, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 987JL platform content.

Game content provided by third-party software providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI) remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

987JL collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at 987JL, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 987JL collects the minimum data necessary to operate the platform, verify member identity, process payments, and comply with applicable Philippine regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 987JL platform.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Errors in information provided by third-party game providers, data feeds, or payment processors.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or regulatory review requirements.

987JL's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the member's account balance at the time the claim arises, excluding bonus funds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

987JL reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via the registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 987JL platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance by contacting customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
